FlipProfit is a reseller profit calculator for iOS. Scan any item with your camera to identify it, instantly see eBay sold comps and current market prices, and calculate your exact profit across eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari — after all fees, shipping, and taxes.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. To cancel, upgrade, or downgrade: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → FlipProfit. You can also go to App Store → Your profile → Subscriptions.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open FlipProfit, tap Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used when you originally subscribed.
I was charged but the app shows Free tier — what do I do?
Tap Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If that doesn't work, force-close and reopen the app. Still having trouble? Email us at support@resellerai.ai with your Apple ID (not your password) and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. We're happy to help if you have questions.
How does the AI scanner work?
Point your camera at any item and tap Scan. FlipProfit uses AI to identify the item (brand, model, size, condition) and automatically searches for recent eBay sold prices. You can also type a search manually if the scan doesn't recognize your item.
Where does the price data come from?
Sold prices come from real completed eBay listings — actual transactions, not just asking prices. Current market prices also pull from StockX, GOAT, and Amazon where available. Data is refreshed in real time with every scan.
How many free scans do I get?
New users get 5 free scans and 5 free profit calculations. After that, a Pro subscription unlocks unlimited scans and calculations.
The scanner identified my item incorrectly — what should I do?
Tap the search bar and manually type the item name, brand, and size for more accurate results. If this happens repeatedly with a specific item type, please let us know at support@resellerai.ai so we can improve it.
Does FlipProfit require an account or login?
No account or login is required to use FlipProfit. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID automatically.
FlipProfit does not collect personally identifiable information. Photos taken for scanning are processed in real time and not stored. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
